President Mnangagwa took over power in 2017 from former president Mugabe who was being accused of human rights violations and leading a corrupt government.
Some analysts believe that there has not been a significant change from the way Mugabe handled things and the way his successor is doing.
Living standards of citizens have continued to deteriorate as the cost of living has been rising over the past 24 months.
