The name Dumbutshena has been dominating the news of late. It is interesting to know that the late Rt Justice Dumbutshena died almost 19 years ago but his commission of inquiry report on Entumbane Uprising has been missing since before he died according to All Africa News
Justice Dumbutshena was born on 25 June 1920, and studied law in Britain. He is famously known for acquitting people he said their confessions were made under torture.
