FULL TEXT: DStv Launches App For Customer To Manage Accounts

MultiChoice has launched a new app for DStv viewers, designed as a means of making management of their DStv accounts easier.

Liz Dziva, publicity and public relations manager of MultiChoice Zimbabwe, said the MyDStv App was now live and available to all customers, and was created to facilitate management of DStv accounts and viewing, clearing error codes, checking account balances, making payments, changing packages,  either upgrading or downgrading  and updating their details.

“This allows for all of these actions to be undertaken anytime, anywhere,” she said.

“MultiChoice works 24/7 to find innovative ways to solve day-to-day business issues and give world class customer experiences. This app is just one of the newest means of doing so and it will be a catalyst for quick and easy management and problem-solving.”

Customers can download the MyDStv App from the Google Store or the App Store, with log-in facilitated by use of smart card number and customer surname.
