BancABC Internet Banking Down For More Than A Week... RTGS And ZIPIT Delaying
The BancABC internet banking platform has been down for more than a week. Pindula News can reveal. Some customers got in touch with Pindula News today to complain that their bank’s internet banking has caused them major inconvenience as they are unable to transact.
Further, the bank is reportedly taking too long to process RTGS payments and apparently, ZIPIT payments as well.
The issue was first reported on 3 April and it was believed that it had been resolved. However, customers of the bank have confirmed that internet banking is still down.
A check on the BancABC’s Facebook page shows that customers are complaining to the bank and pleading with it to restore its systems.

For its part, the bank is telling customers to be patient and is also offering to process transactions using alternative methods. It responded to some customers on Twitter advising them that it’s doing everything possible to have systems restored.
