Prophetic Healing and Deliverance (PHD) Ministries founder, Walter Magaya, has resolved to sell his Castle Lager Premier Soccer League club, Yadah Stars FC.
This was revealed by the club’s consultant, Wellington Mpandare, who is also the national team manager. He said Magaya intends to focus on helping the national side. Said Mpandare:
The club is up for sale. His (Magaya’s) decision to sell the club does not mean that he won’t be supporting sports and football anymore. Already, he is involved in football with the national team.
… He is doing a lot and wants to concentrate on areas that have a lot of people. But above all, he wants to put more effort into national teams.
His dream is to see the Warriors qualify for the World Cup. He is also helping the Young Warriors and has in the past extended his helping hand to the Mighty Warriors.
Meanwhile, Yadah will continue fulfilling its league fixtures while It hunts for new owners. The club is set to host Chicken Inn at Rufaro Stadium in Harare this Saturday.
