Warriors captain Knowledge Musona has thanked the thousands of soccer fans who filled the National Sports Stadium on Sunday to watch the epic match between Zimbabwe and Congo. Writing on social media, Musona said:

Meanwhile, the Warriors won the match 2-0, with Musona and Kaizer Chiefs winger Khama Billiat on the scoresheet.
The Warriors finished top of the group with 11 points. They now await the draw for the group stages at the finals to be played in Egypt later in June.
