Permanent secretary in the Ministry of Information, Media and Broadcasting Services, Nick Mangwana has chided national spokesperson of the National Patriotic Front (NPF) Jealousy Mawarire for putting words into former President Robert Mugabe’s mouth. Said Mangwana:
There are different ways of exploiting the elderly when they lose connection with their surroundings. Some are financial but in politics, the most callous way is putting your words in their mouths to give those words some gravitas. It’s primitive to exploit senior moments.
Mangwana’s remarks follow Mawarire’s claim that Mugabe lambasted President Emmerson Mnangagwa for deploying soldiers to kill civilians, as a mark of bad leadership.
The wise claim that, there in no smoke without fire and everybody has always to take caution. above all a Zimbabwean majority is pausing a question as to what legacy to claim from 1980 to date,if at all.
