Edmund Kudzayi Granted $100 Bail Over Camouflage Umbrella

Journalist Edmund Kudzayi has been granted $100 bail by Harare magistrate Edwin Marecha after being charged over the possession of a camouflage umbrella. He was remanded to March 8 at the Harare Magistrates Court on Saturday with no reporting conditions

Kudzayi, who was arrested on Friday and charged with contravening section 32 of the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act for allegedly possessing a camouflage umbrella is currently was represented by Obey Shava of Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights.
