Mutodi Says ED Has Done Justice To Mugabe’s Legacy

Deputy Minister for Media, Information and Broadcasting Services, Energy Mutodi says that President Emmerson Mnangagwa has done justice to the legacy of former President Robert Mugabe. Writing on Twitter on Thursday, Mutodi said:

Today we got a fantastic holiday, Robert Mugabe Day. We got an airport named after him as well in addition to roads and schools. Many thanks to President ED Mnangagwa for doing justice to the legacy of the former President.

This comes as Presidential spokesperson George Charamba said that he was not aware of any government plans to celebrate Mugabe’s birthday, while ZANU PF spokesperson Simon Khaya Moyo said that he was not sure if the party’s youth league had planned anything.
