Mnangagwa Solidarity Rally To Coincide With Chamisa's Victory Rally

Zanu-PF Youth league  political commissar, Godfrey Tsenengamu said they are mobilising supporters ahead of this weekend’s solidarity rally organised to show support and ‘silence’ alleged detractors of President Emmerson Mnangagwa.

The rally dubbed “Presidential Solidarity Rally” will coincide with opposition MDC leader, Nelson Chamisa’s “Victory Rally” set for Gweru on Sunday. Said Tsenengamu:

Let’s all go out and show the world that President Mnangagwa did not just impose himself on the presidency but he was voted for by the people. He is where he is because we installed him there. So when he is being vilified and denigrated, humiliated and being dragged down, those of us who voted for him are forced to defend him. We want to stand by him and show him that he has our support.
