The Civil Aviation Authority (CAAZ) chief executive officer David Chawota has been arrested on corruption allegations.
Business Times reports that sources with the National Prosecution Authority have confirmed the arrest.
Chawota is said to be facing a number of corruption allegations from radar, labour abuses to resurrecting contracts from 20 years ago that cost the Authority $ 450 000.
