The Southern African Development Community has shown support for President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s dialogue process by calling upon all stakeholders in Zimbabwe to participate.
In a statement issued by SADC Chairperson and Namibian president Hage G. Geingob, the southern African regional bloc also called on the unconditional removal of sanctions against Zimbabwe. Said Geingob:
The SADC Heads of State and Government also noted that the Government has commenced dialogue with all stakeholders in the country with a view to strengthening economic transformation, and calls upon all stakeholders to support the process.
