WATCH: UK MP Says It’s “Nonsense” To Claim That Civilians Stole Army And Police Uniforms

A British MP has dismissed utterances made by the Zimbabwe Defence Forces that the 17 protestors who were killed during the January riots were shot by civilians who stole army and police uniforms.

United Kingdom Member of Parliament and the chair of Britain’s All-Party Parliamentary Group on Zimbabwe, Kate Hoey said those claims are ‘nonsense’.

  1. What a travesty that a government is making a mockery of human rights by trying to implicate the victims as their own violaters. When do these awful people face the consequences of their actions? Stolen uniforms indeed? What stupidity?
