A woman collapsed and died in Bulawayo on Monday around midday while attending to a customer in a fabric shop where she worked.
The shop where the shocking incident occurred is located along Herbert Chitepo, between Leopold Takawira and Eighth avenues.
The cause of death or the woman’s identity could not be immediately ascertained.
According to eyewitnesses who spoke to the Chronicle:
The woman just collapsed while attending to a customer and a co-worker called an ambulance. She was declared dead as soon as the ambulance crew arrived. We all don’t know what was the cause of death.
