Robbers Shoot, Injure Two Passengers In Zambia-bound Kabor Bus In Lion’s Den

Two passengers were shot and injured by robbers on Tuesday night in a Kabor bus en route to Zambia.

ZBC News report that the robbers pounced when passengers who had disembarked for “recess” were boarding the bus.

Police spokesperson for Mashonaland West Inspector Clemence Mabweazara confirmed the incident to ZBC News. He said that four robbers were involved in the incident, two of them had pistols. The gang shot at the bus driver but missed, and the stray bullets it passengers.

Passengers lost money and cellphones which the robbers seized and stashed into a satchel. The four robbers, who were “passengers” in the bus, melted into the darkness and are yet to be arrested.
