PICTURES: ZEC Commissioners Mourn Late Music Legend Oliver Mtukudzi

The country’s electoral body,  the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) has joined the nation in mourning the passing away of music legend Oliver ‘Tuku’ Mtukudzi. The ZEC commissioners, all dressed in black, posted a message on Twitter. The message reads as follows:

The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission joins the Nation in mourning the music legend Dr Oliver Mutukudzi. May His Soul Rest in Peace.
