Outspoken Member of Parliament for Norton Constituency Themba Mliswa (Independent) said that a reshuffle is needed not only of the Cabinet but the bureaucrats as well. Writing on social media on Friday morning, Mliswa said:
I continue to insist that a reshuffle is needed. Corruption is so deeply embedded & we can’t expect a different result with the same faces especially the bureaucrats.
Deputy Minister for Information, Media and Broadcasting Services Energy Mutodi hinted towards the end of 2018 that a Cabinet reshuffle was imminent. However, nothing has hitherto materialised.
Is he being serious…a shuffle is needed and he needs to be thrown out as well
Energy is part of the corrupt ministers who need to go sooner rather than later. Reshuffling should start kicking him out first. ED, remove all the trash, and you will see the new dispensation working fully.
