Speaking on Twitter, Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services secretary, Nick Mangwana said President Mnangagwa is expected in Zimbabwe tonight.
Mangwana’s statement that the President will deal with indiscipline comes at a time that of a section of Zanu-PF was working to impeach Mnangagwa. Mnangagwa announced on Twitter on Sunday that he was abandoning his trip and is coming back to Zimbabwe to deal with the Shutdown Zimbabwe crisis. Said Mangwana:
The return of HE tonight is welcome news. We know his message will be about peace, unity & that in Zimbabwe we are one family. Brother shouldn’t fight bro. The Zimbabwean way is illustrated by how we treat each other. HE hates in discipline and will firmly deal with it.
