Civil Servants Cannot Get Paid In US Dollars Because Wage Bill Has Increased- Govt

In discussion with workers today Government explained it cannot go back to paying workers in US dollars as in 2009.

Government said this is because 2009 total wage bill was around $30 million per month. Government representatives said the wage bill is now it’s $300 million per month. Government said monthly exports are around the same figure, making US Dollar payment impossible.
