Grade 7 Results Out, Pass Rate Increase By 7,3 Per Cent

The Zimbabwe School Examinations Council (ZIMSEC) announced today that the October 2018 Grade Seven results are out. ZIMSEC board chairman Professor Eddie Mwenje said that candidates can start collecting them from their respective schools tomorrow.

Mwenje said the national pass rate increased by 7,3 per cent to 52,08 per cent from the national pass rate of 44,73 per cent.

  1. Grading system should not be done to lower standards but to measure the performance index of our education system with those of other nations. We can’t change grades to suit low standards.This has been the norm.We are a nation with a reputation and no to compromising results.We have been and are still in the system. Quality is quality.
