Dynamos Appoints Lloyd Chigowe As Substantive Coach

Dynamos have appointed Lloyd Chigowe as their substantive coach. Chigowe was working a caretaker basis after taking over from Lloyd Mutasa who was sacked in September following a string of poor results which left the Glamour Boys in the drop zone.

But since the appointment of the new technical team which also consists of assistant coach Murape Murape, the Glamour Boys managed to survive the relegation and finished the season in the 11th position. They, however, lost their final game of the season by a 3-0 scoreline to Nichrut.

Chigowe managed three wins and two draws in the seven games he took charge during the 2018 season.

Meanwhile, the coach promised a complete overhaul of the squad and has revealed that he has identified some “talented” youngsters he wants to build his new team from.
