Biti Urges Manyeruke To Resign From Motlanthe Commission

MDC deputy national chairperson Tendai Biti urged Charity Manyeruke to resign stating that she is compromised since she is a member of Zanu-PF.

Biti also questioned the inclusion of Commissioner Rodney Dixon whom he accused of speaking on behalf of military governments. Said Biti:

I have a problem with commissioner Manyeruke. It is not disputed fact that she is a member of Zanu PF. The decent thing for her is to resign. I have a problem with a barista from UK. I don’t know his name. He has strong relations with military governments.

Last week, Manyeruke was linked to past acts of Zanu-PF terror against the opposition by former Zanu-PF provincial youth chair Jim Kunaka. Kunaka claimed the University of Zimbabwe lecturer used to send youths to beat up party enemies.

  1. resignation quite in order and respectable , unless otherwise…..interested parties are always advised with due respect to be none members of institutions dealing with issues whose mandate they also fulfill in full or part.
