The Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (POTRAZ), Director General, Gift Machengete, has said that postal and courier services as still relevant in the modern world. In recent years the volume of postal and courier services has continued to decline due to technological advancement. The advent of the internet, social media platforms and mobile telecommunication has rendered postal services almost obsolete.
