The permanent secretary in the Ministry of Information and Publicity, Ndavaningi ‘Nick’ Mangwana says that those who shot and killed civilians on August 1 are not in the military or the government and that they ought to atone for their actions. Writing on microblogging site Twitter, Mangwana said
It is those who killed civilians in cold blood in order to besmirch the government and the military and create a crisis who have a lot to atone for. And those are not in the the army or Goverment.

These guys think Zim people are puppets or kids I see. Seems like they think Zimbos are stupid
Now Mr Mangwana, another well-fed and over-paid ZANU-PF official, puts his foot in his mouth!
Reminds me of holocaust deniers who despite photographic and eye-witness evidence continue to claim that “no, it never happened!”.
Why am I surprised, after all Mangwana is the Propaganda Minister, he has to earn his keep (if that’s at all possible in a ZANU-PF government).
Shame!
The only way the killers are “not in the Army” is if they have retired or resigned from the army.
