Zimbabwe Needs To Be Supported- Ramaphosa Tells European Union Leaders

During a media briefing on Thursday, South Africa’s President Cyril Ramaphosa said he discussed the importance of Zimbabwe and the lifting of any sanctions still in place against the country.

Ramaphosa had talks with European Union (EU) leaders on Thursday. Said Ramaphosa:

Zimbabwe is on a path of great reforms. This needs to be supported, as Zimbabwe has turned a corner.

Ramaphosa is in Strasbourg, France on a working visit to the European Union.
