Simba Chikore’s Trial Date Set For November 14

Former president Robert Mugabe’s son-in-law Simba Chikore’s trial date has been set for November 14. Chikore is facing charges of unlawfully detaining former Zim Airways legal head Bertha Zakeyo. Zakeyo alleges that she was detained by Chikore and Mutimbe on 7 June for two hours to force her to sign her dismissal letter. She said the duo accused her of selling company secrets and for being disloyal to the then newly formed company.
