Munyaradzi Kereke Demands Apology From Mliswa

Former Zanu-PF MP for Bikita West Munyaradzi Kereke has petitioned parliament demanding a public apology from Norton legislator Temba Mliswa.

Mliswa accused Kereke of getting preferential treatment and implied he has had conjugal visits in prison. In a petition addressed to the Speaker of Parliament, through his lawyers Mutandiro, Chitsanga and Chitima Attorneys, Kereke says Mliswa:

sensationally alleged: (a) That Dr Munyaradzi Kereke allegedly made his wife pregnant whilst in prison; (b) That Dr Munyaradzi Kereke is allegedly being treated preferentially in prison on the back of corrupt activities.

Kereke has demanded that the Speaker of Parliament strongly reprimands Mliswa, while also directing him to publicly apologise. Mliswa made the allegations on Twitter on 31 October asking how Kereke impregnated his younger wife whilst he is serving a jail term.
