Warriors Beat DRC 2-1

The Warriors managed to secure a 2-1 win over the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) in a 2019 Afcon Qualifiers Group G encounter played on Saturday.

The Warriors went to halftime leading courtesy of a goal from Ronald Pfumbidzai in the 21st minute. Warriors Captain Knowledge Musona doubled the lead in the 69th minute before he was sent off for a bookable offence in the 74th minute. DRC managed to pull one back through second half substitute Yannick Bolasie who scored in extra time.
