Apostle T Chiwenga Says He Was Not Abducted Blasts News Agencies

Apostle T Chiwenga has lashed out on news agencies who reported that he was abducted.In a FaceBook post, the man of the cloth denied that he was abducted and accused news agencies of peddling falsehoods. Chiwenga claims that he was caught in the crossfire when police were clashing with illegal vendors in the Harare CBD as vendors sought refuge at his usual preaching spot.

He also said the fleeing vendors disrupted his service and he was not taken into custody by the police or abducted as was claimed in the media. Chiwenga accused news agencies of paddling falsehoods to further their own selfish agendas. He also said that he did not call anyone from  Zim Eye as is claimed by some news agencies.
