Warriors Move Up Fifa Rankings

The Zimbabwe men’s senior national team have moved up slightly on the latest FIFA world rankings. On the latest rankings, which were released on the 20th of September, the Warriors remain ranked on number 30 in Africa but have moved up one position to number 117 in the world. The Warriors were previously on number 118. The national team recently drew 1-1 against Congo Brazzaville in the AFCON Qualifiers.

World Champions France and world cup bronze winners Belgium are tied for the first position in the world. In Africa, Tunisia is the top-ranked team on the continent although it’s number 23 in the world.
