The Zimbabwe National Road Administration (ZINARA) is offering motorists a 100 percent discount on all penalties for outstanding licence fees. However, the offer expires at the end of the month of September. In a notice, Zinara said,
The Zimbabwe National Road Administration (ZINARA), would like to advise its motoring public that ZINARA is currently offering 100% discount on penalties ONLY, on outstanding licence fees until the 31 st of September 2018. Our valued motoring public are advised to visit any ZINARA office countrywide and take advantage of this promotion to regularise their vehicle licences before the end of this promotion.

Its Zinara That has Killed motor industry ,how can we buy a car that has been’of the road and try make a profit,so end of september we start again,not buying second hand cars,you need to abolish that tax today and may be you will save some companys closing down ,you must know most of us live on reviving old cars but now there is no plan,you say end of september,where can we get the money with a factory full of cars which has been off the road for years,this DOSE NO WORK for MIAZ
