Chamisa Urges Local Authorities To Stop Disconnecting Water For Residents

MDC Alliance leader Nelson Chamisa has called on local authorities to stop disconnecting water supplies for residents who owe the city councils money for rates. Chamisa said that the disconnection of water supplies would aggravate the Cholera crisis which has already claimed 21 victims. More than 3000 cases have been reported with most of the victims located in the Glen View, Budiriro areas. Chamisa made the remarks after visiting the people affected by Cholera in Harare’s Glen View suburb on Wednesday.
