Dynamos dismissed treasurer Moses Chikwairo and secretary-general Webster Marechera after the club failed to pay players their dues on time.
The players boycotted training from Monday this week demanding to be paid their winning bonuses first. Players trained yesterday after being addressed by club president, Solomon Sanyamandwe. The failure by the club to pay players their dues on time has been blamed on Chikwairo and Marechera who are accused of allegedly misappropriating funds.
Sanyamandwe confirmed the duo was dismissed and said Moses Shumba will be the interim treasurer, while the secretary general’s post will be filled in the coming days. Sanyamandwe said all the money Dynamos are realising from gate-takings is going to a local bank which they owe.
