Elected MPs From Zanu-PF To Receive $13 000 Each As Winning Bonuses

Elected Members of Parliament from the ruling Zanu-PF party will receive $13 000 each. The money is reported to be part of Zanu-PF’s budget allocation for victory celebrations. Some winning members of parliament who spoke to the Daily News said,

We were promised $13 000 as a winning bonus. The money is supposed to go towards funding celebrations in our respective constituencies. Now Chamisa is making silly noises and we cannot get that money. Most of the MPs spent huge on the elections and the $13 000 will go a long way in filling the gap.

  1. For people who are always moaning and groaning about Western sanctions, ZANU-PF seems to have loads of money to spend frivolously. In addition to planning to splash scarce resources on self-indulgent parties, this profligate government has
    – bought a super-luxury Benz for Mugabe (https://www.news24.com/xArchive/Archive/Super-luxury-car-for-Mugabe-20020423);
    – wasted millions on buying 226 double-cab vehicles for traditional chiefs (https://www.herald.co.zw/226-vehicles-for-chiefs/);
    – frittered away a million dollars on a new limousine for Mnangagwa,
    and so on and so on.

    It’s all because of Western sanctions that we’re in such a mess? Really? Pu-lizz!

  2. Chamisa iboora ngoma type yemunhu anoridza ngoma nedemo pamuchato. But nezviri ku court victory is now certain for ED because havatorina kana evidence yavanayo kungowukura chete
