MDC Alliance Nelson Chamisa’s legal representatives on Saturday successfully filed their Heads of Arguments at the Constitutional Court. Chamisa is seeking to have the presidential elections invalidated on the grounds that they were free and fair. Chamisa wants the Constitutional Court to declare him the winner of the presidential election or to order a fresh election.
