Impartiality Of Courts Will Be Proved By Performance In Chamisa Presidential Challenge: US

United States Ambassador to Zimbabwe, Brian A Nichols has called on the Constitutional Court judges prove to the people of Zimbabwe that they are impartial when rendering their judgement in the case in which Nelson Chamisa is challenging the presidential results. Addressing the media after meeting with President Emmerson Mnangagwa, Nichols said,

The courts will have to prove to the people of Zimbabwe that they are weighing the facts of the case and considering them carefully and rendering an impartial judgment. Whether they are impartial is a question that will be answered by the performance of the courts, rather than me or any other person giving their opinion.

The case has been set down for the 22nd of August.

  1. What surprises here is the impartiality of the concourt will be proved positive only if they say Chamisa is the winner failure of which if they rule in favour of ED, they will be tremed ”biased”,captured’.

  2. Ava havasi vekuteerera because vakatotipa ma sanctions nekuti Chamisa akarakashwa naED. vanongofara chete kana zvima papets zvavo zviri panyanga manje maZimba akaramba akati tinofamba neanoziva nhorowondo yenyika
