Deputy Minister of Finance and Economic Development, Terrence Mukupe has joined Deputy President of the MDC-T party, Obert Gutu, in conceding defeating to MDC Alliance principal Tendai Biti. The three men were part of the candidates vying for the Harare East House of Assembly seat. Gutu was the first to concede defeat, with Mukupe also joining him saying,
