Renowned constitutional lawyer and MDC supporter, Alex Magaisa, has said that ZEC cannot disqualify Nelson Chamisa for holding a presser within a prohibited period.
Said Magaisa:
There have been a number of anxious questions after @ZECzim report to the police.
No, they won’t disqualify Chamisa. They can’t.
