Reports That Nelson Chamisa Was Involved In An Accident Dismissed As False

 

Reports that MDC Alliance president Nelson Chamisa was involved in a car accident have been dismissed as fake news by the opposition MDC-T. Writing on social media site Twitter, pro-democracy activist Patson Dzamara said,

Please note that this is fake. Zimbabwe’s incoming President @nelsonchamisa is well and was never involved in a car accident. Let’s all go out and vote for a fresh start on Monday. We can’t be denied.

MDC Alliance Presidential candidate Advocate Nelson Chamisa car involved in a head-on Collision with a haulage truck on route from a rally in Mutoko Mash East. He is in a critical condition and has been ferried to Harare hospital for treatment. Two other people he was traveling (sic) with him have been confirmed dead and the only other survivor is in critical condition.
