Nelson Chamisa’s chief election agent Jameson Timba has alleged that the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (Zec) has designed the ballot papers for the presidential election to give prominence to President Emmerson Mnangagwa. Timba said that the opposition had received information that instead of using the traditional single column for all candidates, which would have resulted in Mnangagwa’s name appearing somewhere in the middle, Zec had opted to use two columns. He further alleged that the first column would have 14 candidates which would result in Mnangagwa appearing at the top in the second column which would contain only 9 candidates.
