EcoCash To Reduce Tariffs Before Elections

Zimbabwe’s biggest mobile money company, EcoCash has said that it will be reducing its tariffs soon. Ecocash’s tariffs are currently higher than those of competing services NetOne’s OneWallet and Telecel’s TeleCash. Speaking at the launch of EcoCash’s dedicated business wallet in Harare last week. EcoCash’ chief executive officer Natalie Jabangwe-Morris said,

As EcoCash, over the last few years we have been reducing our tariffs every single year, this year again I will confirm to you that we will be reducing our tariffs, hopefully, we will deal with this before the elections.
