#ChinamasaChallenge Launched After Minister Commissions Dumpsters

Zimbabweans online launched the #ChinamasaChallenge after noting how government officials hold elaborate ceremonies to commission everything, including the most mundane things. This came after Minister of Finance and Economic Planning Patrick Chinamasa was pictured grinning broadly as he commissioned dumpsters in Rusape.
