RBZ Registers New Bank: Zimbabwe Women's Microfinance Bank

The Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe has issued a licence to the Zimbabwe Women’s Microfinance Bank Limited. This will enable the new financial institution to start trading. In a notice, the RBZ said,

It is hereby notified that Zimbabwe Women’s Microfinance Bank Limited has been licensed and authorized to conduct deposit-taking microfinance business in terms of the Microfinance Act [Chapter 24:29], with effect from 29 May 2018.
