Mnangagwa Appoints Supreme Court Judges

President Emmerson Mnangagwa has appointed Justice Francis Bere and Justice Lavender Makoni as Supreme Court judges. The two were previously at the High Court and will take their oaths of office before Chief Justice Luke Malaba today (Friday).

Acting secretary for the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) Walter Chikwanha said,

The honourable Chief Justice of Zimbabwe Luke Malaba (CJ) will swear in two new Supreme Court judges on the 11th day of May 2018 at the Constitutional/Supreme Court, Mashonganyika Building, Corner 3rd Street and Samora Machel Avenue, Harare.
