Harare City Council Proposing To Lease Municipal Stand In Philadelphia For $58/Month For 10 Years

The City of Harare is proposing to lease municipal land in Philadelphia to FBC Building Society For $58 (fifty-eight dollars) per month for 10 years. Philadelphia is located in upmarket Harare next to Borrowdale Brooke. The council has invited people who may have objections to write to them stating their objections before the 24th of May 2018.

A Notice published in State media reads:

(i) Lease Stand 385 Philadelphia Township to FBC Building Society for an initial period of ten years at a monthly rental of $58.00 for commercial purposes.

Copies of the Municipal resolutions and the detailed terms and conditions of the proposal will be open for an inspection during normal business hours at the office of the City Valuer and Estates Manager, 1st Floor, Rowan Martin Building, Pennefeather Road, Harare until 24 May 2018.

Any persons who wish to object to the above proposal may lodge his/her objections in writing with the Town Clerk at
