Zanu-PF Political Commissar retired Lieutenant-General Engelbert Rugeje has revealed that he has a team of at least 600 people who will ensure that there is no cheating in this year’s primary elections. Zanu-PF will be holding primary elections to select candidates for the 2018 harmonised elections on 29 April. Said Rugeje,

There has been a lot of cheating in the past because sitting MPs, sitting senators, sitting councillors had a tendency of creating their own structures which they will then present during the voting process.
