Addressing journalists after a meeting attended by provincial leaders of the Zimbabwe National Liberation War Veterans Association in Harare today, Secretary General Victor Matemadanda said war veterans had resolved to have former Zanu PF Secretary for Administration, Didymus Mutasa and War Veterans chairperson, Jabulani Sibanda readmitted into Zanu-PF.
Matemadanda said resolution to re-admit expelled members will be forwarded to the ruling Zanu PF party for ratification. Said Matemadanda:
We had a resolution of asking the party to readmit all expelled war veterans especially the likes of Cde Jabulani Sibanda, Cde Didymus Mutasa, Cde Rugare Gumbo and others back into the party because we feel the party becomes stronger and stronger when people are working together.
