VIDEO: MDC-T Activist Yvonne Musarurwa Speaks After Being Released From Prison

MDC-T activist Yvonne Musarurwa has spoken out after being released from prison.

In the video Musarurwa calls on Chikurubi Female prison to be shutdown. She also hopes Last Maengahama and Tungamirai Madzokere who were also arrested for the murder of Mutedza will be released tomorrow.

Musarurwa was among the 87 female prisoners were released from Chikurubi female prison following a Presidential Amnesty granted to 3000 prisoners by President Emmerson Mnangagwa in terms of Section 112 (1) (a) and (d) of the Constitution of Zimbabwe. Musarurwa was convicted along with two men for killing Inspector Peter Mutedza ahead of the 2013 elections. Watch Musarurwa’s video below:
