Former Energy minister Samuel Undenge has been taken to High Court by his daughters Bongai and Kumbirai, who are represented by their mother, Angeline seeking and order to compel him to pay their school fees.
According to an urgent chamber application filed on Thursday, Undenge is in default of his obligations to pay fees for the children, who are both at Cape Town University in South Africa. The children have been given notice to vacate the campus accommodation within 72 hours, as they are unable to register for the current semester because Undenge has not paid their fees. Angeline said Undenge was ordered by the court to pay for his children’s fees until they are 35 years old.
Undenge has not yet responded to the application in the matter still pending before the High Court.
