Mnangagwa Commends Drivers, Says Situation Is Progressing Well Without ZRP Roadblocks

President Emmerson Mnangagwa has commended drivers on the country’s roads saying that they were policing themselves well in the absence of the numerous roadblocks which used to be mounted by the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP). Addressing businesspeople on Thursday, Mnangagwa said,

…My government will continue to strive to ensure that there is policy clarity, certainty, cohesion and consistency. We will guard against policy overlap, information asymmetric and policy reversals. World over business thrives where there is consistency.
